Product Shipping
NB: Perfect Fit Harnesses – These are sourced from the UK and (due to Covid-19) the lead time can be up to 4 weeks to Perth. If we don’t have the size and / or colour, we will contact you and give you different colour options or wait for stock to arrive. The range is so vast that we don’t stock everything and / or demand has been greater than expected.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery within WA is 1 – 3 business days. All other states is 7 – 10 business days. If there any further delays, we will contact you, otherwise feel free to contact us by email or phone.
Once an order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. If not, please contact us immediately to confirm your order has been processed.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience.
Ownership of the product is passed onto the purchaser when an item is marked as “Delivered” by Australia Post. If undelivered or damaged, please contact us to allow an insurance claim on Australia Post.
Store Refund / Cancellation Policy
Manners ‘n’ More have taken the time to select products that offer quality and that have been used by ourselves with our own dogs. Should you receive a product that is faulty please contact us via email within 2 working days so we can arrange for the product to be returned and sent back to the manufacturer to apply for a warranty claim.
Unless the item is a custom-made, cancellations can be made up until order is shipped and a refund issued less a $22 restocking fee.
Perfect Fit Harnesses – parts may be swapped in order to get the correct fitment for your dog. Please contact Bruce on 0405 142 707 to discuss what you need to exchange. Returning unused parts is at your cost.
