Cancellations by Client
a) All sessions and classes must be paid in full 3 days prior to the session / first class. (For more information see the Payment Policy below)
b) Appointments cancelled after 9am AWST the day before your appointment will not be refunded.
c) Appointments cancelled within 9am AWST the day before and 9am AWST 2 days before will incur a $115 fee (inc. GST) [this is to cover the trainers’ time due to an unfilled spot).
d) Appointments cancelled more than 2 calendar days before will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time (within 2 months of the original booked date).
e) Cancellations due to “change of mind” will incur a $50 administration fee.
f) For the avoidance of doubt, a cancellation is defined as any appointment which cannot be upheld at the time, date and / or location of the original booking. This includes if you do not show up to or not at home in the case of a home visit.
g) This cancellation policy applies in all cases.
If enrolled in a group class, workshop or any event held / hosted by Manners ‘n’ More and you are unable to attend for any reason any of the sessions, a make up session will not be provided and a refund will not be given for the missed session.
Where Manners ’n’ More incorporates the services of a 3rd party for example but not limited to, a Behavioural Veterinarian for a consultation and you do not advise of cancellation within 3 days or don’t arrive at the consultation, you will be required to pay their fee in full plus $50 for facility hire if applicable.

Cancellations by Manners n More
Cancellation of classes can happen from time to time due to inclement weather, high temperatures, facilitators being ill or facilities unavailable for any reason. Manners ’n’ More will make every effort to advise you via text, email and or Facebook notification on the Manners ’n’ More Facebook Page at least 30 mins prior to the start of class. Please be certain to provide us with the correct or primary mobile in which to contact you and check your mobile, email and our Facebook page prior to departing for training.
Any private consultations where Manners ’n’ More attend but for reasons we deem to be of concern for the safety to ourselves or the safety and well-being of your dog needs to be stopped, postponed or cancelled, you will be charged a $100 fee (if already paid, a refund will be less $100).
Payment Policy
a) All sessions and classes must be paid in full 3 days prior to the session / first class.
b) We use Square or Paypal to process your payment and a receipt will be forwarded via email from Square or Paypal. Otherwise, if an invoice is emailed to you, then a direct deposit can be made (please send a remittance advice once paid).
c) Once a class or session is paid for, you will receive confirmation from our booking system with details of time, date location etc.
d) If you have engaged in a subscription type of service, cancellations may only be made after a 3 month minimum commitment simply by contacting us and requesting the cancellation.
e) We generally only book a few weeks in advance for in-person sessions. Online, self-help training will be available immediately upon proof of payment.
Complaints
Every client has the right to discuss their situation with me if they are not happy with our service. This will only be done by phone or in person and not by email and / or Social Media.
